Likewise, we're sourcing food for the early-evening-eats from local/organic/sustainable farms, where possible. This is a neighborhood-style jumpoff done with love...no gimmicks, no steroids, no mashups, no antibiotics, no themes, no pesticides, no costumes, no posers, no pop hooks, and no requests.
