On June 13th, The Lab is holding two awesome food-related events, "Fermentation Lab" and "Cinema Sautee" that you need to know about. Come to one or both, but definitely come.

Fermentation Lab
This will be the first ever Lab 24/7 fermentation cooking class where you'll learn the basics of making Kombucha and Sauerkraut. Eric Childs, the owner of Kombucha Brooklyn, chef and expert fermentation dude will be teaching the class. The cost is $25, space is limited, so click here to reserve your spot now. Cinema Sautee
Cooklynites, movie lovers and fun people. Join us for The Lab's first ever "Cinema Sautee" where we'll be showing awesome films (some outdoors), combined with collaborative cooking of foods found in the flicks. We thought we'd start with the simple classic, American Graffiti; so think drive-in food, with a Lab twist. The cost is $20, which goes toward food and beverages for the event.
